Rapideze
Aches and Pains - Spray a couple of sprays on a sore spot and give a quick rub in or massage in. Make sure the area in question is fully covered. For best results apply Magnesium Spray first then Rapideze on top.
Fatigue – One or two sprays on the back of the neck, give a quick rub and feel a rapid easing of fatigue. If you like, you can rub a little over the forehead and temple area. Make sure never to rub into the eyes.
Magnesium Spray
Supplement – Four sprays once or twice a day on the lower back and buttocks region. Magnesium absorbs through the skin and is transported wherever the body needs it.
Cramps and Restless Legs – Follow the supplement instruction twice a day. If required also target the area where the problem is occurring for practically instant relief.
Sleep – Follow the supplement instructions, plus apply one spray to the top of each foot before bed time. For best results also apply Stresseze Lotion to the bottom of the feet.

Stress and Anxiety – Apply one to two sprays on the back of the neck and give a quick rub with the lotion that remains on your fingers and apply across the forehead. The benefits from the oils in this lotion and the uplifting aroma will bring about a quick reduction in stress levels.
Sleep - Apply one spray on the bottom of each foot before bed at night. For best results also apply Magnesium Spray to the top of the feet.
Sinus - One spray on the hand, rub hands together gently and cup your nose lightly inhaling.
Jojoba Oil (Organic)
Apply a small amount on the skin or hair. Great to re-hydrate dry skin, use as lip balm, anti-aging serum, hair conditioner. Safe to use around the eyes as a make-up remover. Awesome carrier oil for essential oils.
Essential Oils and Essential Oil Blends
Essential Oils and Blends have many benefits and to find which one is right for you please do your research. Applying neat on skin is not recommended and if you wish to use them this way always dilute with a carrier oil.
For Aroma – Add a few drops each time to your burner (3-5 drops) or electric diffuser (3-5 drops).
