Emotional stress comes from all sorts of relationships. Humans are a highly social species and the multitude of social relationships create a lot of emotions let that be good or bad. These emotions effect the physical body in many different ways. Bad emotions can create physical illness.
Emotions need to be in balance. Stress and anxiety can result in major health problems. In any case it is better to feel good rather than feel terrible. This statement may sound benign but talking to hundreds of people every week, you wouldn’t believe how messed up people can be.
I fell into the trap of the very typical way our society is looking at health. Not much attention given to prevention. Until something serious happens "The way things are will do just fine."
We need to develop a physical and emotional intelligence to recognize the changes, know the whys and then know what to do about it.
