Clove Essential Oil is an essential oil from the Syzygium Aromaticum tree, which is indigenous to Indonesia but now is grown worldwide. The scent can best be descrided as spicy, sweet and herbaceous. It is steam distilled from the buds having the same fragrance as the buds only much more potent.
Clove Essential Oil is best known perhaps for it’s powerful cleaning effect especially noticeable on mould, due to antimicrobial properties discovered through research.
In multiple studies Clove Essential Oil has a proven anti-oxidant effect and potentially has effects on anxiety management and can also be stimulating and energising.
Used in a diffuser 3-4 drops is sufficient or try our diffuser pods, used topically always dilute with a carrier oil i.e Jojoba Oil. In a cleaning spray about 5 -10% with vinegar and water or methylated spirits.
