Why too much STRESS can ruin your life?


Occasional stress is healthy and can move your life forward. Too much stress however can make you sick. I don’t want to go into great a detail describing how too much stress actually can make you sick. I just say that being constantly stressed creates chemicals in your body that in excess can cause damage.

For this reason, it is very important to try to live a healthy lifestyle so your body can better cope with stress.

I remember for decades I used to deny that I was stressed. I used to stay to myself and to others: “What stress I don’t feel stressed.” I simply didn’t know what stress was. I went through many years of not worrying about stress, simply because I didn’t know. Now I have to pay for this, and it will take a lot of hard work to set this right.

There are 3 major kinds of stresses that can take it’s toll on the body:

Physical stress
Emotional stress
Chemicals stress

When you look at stress in these categories it is a lot easier to recognize and a lot easier to do something about it.

Physical stress can come from your work, from exercising, sports and even everyday activities that can strain your physical body. When your job involves brick laying you need to do different things to when your job is to sit in front of the computer all day. The main thing is that you need to address the strain and do something to help your body. I always prefer to use corrective chiropractors and Qigong for exercise, which is much healthier for your body than gym.

Emotional stress comes from all sorts of relationships. Humans are a highly social species and the multitude of social relationships create a lot of emotions let that be good or bad. These emotions effect the physical body in many different ways. Bad emotions can create physical illness. There are ways to clear and handle unwanted emotions.
